Taylor gets two new playgrounds
Taylor students and parents have been patiently watching the installation of the school’s two new playgrounds. Construction started the first week of school in August, and, at last, the new play structures are open for business.
Both the kindergarten and upper grade playgrounds were built with accessibility in mind, making them safer and easier for all Taylor students. The designs include additional slides, ramps, awnings for shade, and new climbing features — all in Taylor’s traditional orange and blue. The ground cover is a combination of mulch and rubberized flooring and both have the mark of the Taylor Tiger, large yellow paw prints.
See what impact Taylor's KidsGiving group has had on the community during our school year. Thanks to all who participated in this year's charitable activities!
Congratulations to Eric Bowers, Taylor's latest APS All Star. Hear what was said about him to earn this recognition.
