Registering your child for kindergarten at Taylor

We’re excited to welcome new kindergarteners to Taylor! Registration has begun for the 2026-27 school year!

Your child must be 5 years old by September 30, 2026 to be eligible for kindergarten.

Registration options:

• Online. The online registration process allows you to create a ParentVue account, complete the registration form and upload required documents. If you already have a ParentVue account, go to the Student Information Online Services tab and click on 2026-27 Online Pre-Registration to start the registration. All original documents uploaded to the portal must be reviewed by the registrar before online registration may be processed.
• In-Person. Contact the registrar at your neighborhood school to make an appointment to submit your registration documents. Taylor’s Registrar is Janis Johnston. Contact her at [email protected] or call 703-228-8576.
• APS Welcome Center. Register in-person at the APS Welcome Center (2110 Washington Blvd. 1st Floor) Monday – Friday, 8 am to 3 pm. Call 703-228-8000 (select option 3 – Registration) or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
