Ms. Luong born and raised in Morris County, New Jersey. She is very passionate about working with children and helping them flourish in various facets of their life. Ms. Luong holds a B.A. in English/Language Arts from The College of New Jersey and an M.A. in School Counseling from Montclair State University. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, listening to music, playing tennis, practicing yoga, journaling, exploring new restaurants and traveling!
